Early bird registration will open on November 1.
Visa and invitation
If you need an invitation letter, please send your request by email to admin@yps-iwfa.com having “Visa Invitation Letter” as the subject line.
In order for us to process the letter of invitation for your application for a visa we will need the information listed below
- Your full name (as in the passport) and nationality
- Your birth date
- Passport number, date of issue, and date of expiry
- Title of your presentation at the congress and the full name of all the co-authors
- Your mailing address
- Your affiliation institution/organization
- Dates for your visit
