Welcome Message
The Young Professionals Symposium – International Workshop for Future Antennas 2026 (YPS-IWFA 2026) will be held by the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and Auckland University of Technology (AUT), on 17–18 December 2026 in Sydney, Australia, and 21–22 December 2026 in Auckland, New Zealand.
We are pleased to establish a globally oriented and high-quality international forum dedicated to advancing research, collaboration, and professional development in antennas, propagation, electromagnetics, and emerging electromagnetic technologies. Particular emphasis will be placed on supporting early-career and mid-career Young Professionals (YPs) as future leaders of the field, while maintaining strong engagement from senior academics and industry experts to foster mentorship, knowledge transfer, and cross-generational collaboration. YPS-IWFA 2026 cordially invites participants from around the world to join us in Sydney and Auckland for this unique trans-Tasman symposium.

Paper Awards
The YPS-IWFA 2026 Awards Committee will present the following awards:
- Best Student Paper Award
- Best Young Professional Paper Award
The awards will recognize outstanding contributions based on the originality, technical quality, significance, and clarity of the submitted paper, as well as the quality of the oral presentation. Award recipients will be selected by the Awards Committee following the technical sessions of the symposium.
Online Paper Submission
Prospective authors are invited to submit their manuscripts electronically in PDF format. All submissions must be written in English and prepared using the template available on the YPS-IWFA 2026 website. Submissions may be in the form of either a two-page paper (including figures and references) or a one-page extended abstract. All submissions will undergo peer review and be evaluated based on their originality, technical quality, relevance, and clarity.
